From good to great marriages

The purpose of the marriage event is to encourage healthy marriages within our congregation and other congregations, as well as throughout the broader Oak Cliff community, by teaching best practices and habits in a collaborative, relaxed, retreat setting.
Guest Presenter: Alasdair Groves
Alasdair is a faculty member at CCEF and the director of counseling at CCEF New England. He holds an MDiv in counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. Alasdair has also served as a pastoral counselor and a campus minister. He has a passion to foster genuine relationships in the local church, especially through counseling and counseling training.
Schedule:
Friday 3/1: 6:30pm-8:30pm (Evening dinner & 1 hour program: Hope & Vision for Your Marriage Mission)
Saturday 3/2: 10:30am-1:30pm (3 hour program: Session I: Growing Together During the Ordinary Moments of Conflict; Session II: How to Communicate in Ways that Honor Your Spouse in Any Situation)
Location: Cliff Temple Baptist Church Fellowship Hall
Cost: $35 per couple (includes Friday evening meal, refreshments and retreat content/materials)
